Advinia is seeking a vibrant Wellbeing Coordinator to design and deliver meaningful wellbeing experiences in a care home setting. You will champion the Happieness & Wellbeing framework and lead activities that boost mood, memory and social connection.
You will work with the Home Manager and dementia ambassadors to embed person-centred care, organise community events, and create engaging daily routines that bring comfort and joy to residents.
