Job Responsibilities

  • Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy.
  • Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to residents to be as independent as possible and encourage them to do as much for themselves as they can.
  • Work with residents and families to deliver person‑centered care.
  • Support with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing.
  • Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date records for each resident.
