Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to bring sunshine and connection to residents. You will design meaningful wellbeing experiences, lead dementia-friendly activities, and champion the Happieness & Wellbeing programme across the home.
In this role you will work with the Home Manager to create a varied calendar, plan 1:1 sessions, manage budgets, and build community links with local groups and dementia charities while promoting inclusion and person-centred care.
