Advinia Healthcare are looking for a Regional Quality Manager to oversee a portfolio of 11 care homes looking at elderly care and dementia spanning across Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge.

Job Overview: Working with Home Managers and Regional Team members to improve Quality and Compliance in homes through ensuring the quality assurance framework is embedded and actively used to ensure good and outstanding outcomes for Residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement appropriate methods to monitor compliance against UK wide regulation through the use of regular internal Quality Assurance Audits.
  • To audit clinical / care practice in accordance with the Internal Quality Assurance Framework.
  • To be the Safeguarding link for your regional team and services, advising on Adult Support and Protection issues.
  • Identify good practice and recommend local and organisational improvement actions arising from all aspects of the role, to enhance clinical / care practice and Resident’s experience.
  • Be responsible for supporting Home Managers in preparing for regulatory inspections.
  • Proactively assist Home Managers and staff, when necessary, during regulatory inspections.
