Night Shift • 20:00 - 08:00
Responsibilities:
- Respect residents’ dignity and privacy.
- Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to enable maximum independence.
- Collaborate with residents and families to deliver person‑centred care.
- Support with all aspects of personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
- Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date records for each resident.
Qualifications:
- Excellent people skills; supportive and effective communicator.
- Strong relationship‑building ability with empathy.
- Enthusiastic, caring nature with a genuine passion for improving lives.
- Team player who works well with like‑minded colleagues.
- Adaptable and able to think quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
