We promote three key pillars which keep our residents feeling connected, relaxed and safe. For staff, we help to make them feel fulfilled, recognised and have purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sections of bedrooms, corridor and public areas are kept clean and tidy to the required standard.
- Daily Cleaning (including but not limited to):
- Emptying waste bins and wiping out.
- Vacuuming throughout and mopping.
- Cleaning dining rooms / lounges / lavatories.
- Cleaning taps and sinks.
- Spot cleaning all floorings.
- Polishing all mirrors.
- Dusting handrails and radiators.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and windowsills.
- Washing floors.
- Dusting pictures.
- Dusting light bulbs and fittings.
- Restocking toiletries, towels etc. as and when required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Pride: As you can expect, we have set cleaning standards to work to, and this role can be physically demanding, but this will motivate you to complete any task to your best ability.
- Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships with a non-judgemental attitude.
