Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational running of assigned houses ensuring quality care delivery.
  • Lead shifts, staff roster efficiently and cost‑effectively while maintaining statutory requirements.
  • Support medication management and administration in line with company policy.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Support nursing staff clinically and supervise to meet best practice and NMC guidance.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with staff, residents and families.
  • Contribute to mandatory audits and regulatory compliance.

About You

  • Valid NMC registration and suitable leadership qualification.
  • Previous experience in a residential care leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and computer application proficiency.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practice in a care setting.
