Your New Role…
Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:
- Administering medication
- Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
- Team supervisions
- Developing, implementing and updating care plans
- Adhering to CQC guidelines
- Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs
The nightshift is: 20:00 – 08:00

Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications:
Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
