Our Mission

We promote three key pillars which keep our residents feeling connected, relaxed and safe. For staff, we help to make them feel fulfilled, recognised and have purpose.
Your role will include:
- Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or nominated colleague to make sure that our residents live in a place that is safe and well maintained at all times
- Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing is carried out on all equipment and accurate records are kept
- Having excellent communication with the Home Manager and also the Residents
- Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Clearing and cleaning general areas
- Assembling furniture
- Painting and decorating
This position will require on call duties. You must have excellent communication skills with Managers, Colleagues, Residents and Visitors to the Home.
