You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Managers to ensure resident dignity and safety, coaching staff and updating care plans.
Night shifts run from 20:00 to 08:00, with opportunities for training, progression, and a supportive working environment.
NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, along with experience in a similar role.
