Your New Role

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurse or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

  • Administering medication
  • Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
  • Team supervisions
  • Developing, implementing and updating care plans
  • Adhering to CQC guidelines
  • Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The night shift is 20:00 - 08:00.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Leader: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands‑on approach.
  • Qualifications: Hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
  • Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
