The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.

We have just recently secured 2 new service delivery contracts worth over £3 million across the next 3-4 years at least and are excited about our future! We now have a new position within Advice Space and are looking for a passionate and motivated person to take up the role of an Advice Services Manager (note: There are 2 full-time posts with one currently filled) in order to lead our staff and volunteer team and operations into the next phase of our Strategic Plan.

The role includes:

  • Organising daily operations and staffing
  • Monitoring performance and service standards
  • Supporting quality assurance and accreditation
  • Managing office staff and locations
  • Building a learning centre (Academy) infrastructure for Advice Space
  • Budget management
  • Project/funder reporting
  • Driving improvements to maximise impact and outcomes based on client need
