The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
We have just recently secured 2 new service delivery contracts worth over £3 million across the next 3-4 years at least and are excited about our future! We now have a new position within Advice Space and are looking for a passionate and motivated person to take up a role of an Advice Services Manager (note: There are 2 full-time posts with one currently filled) in order to lead our staff and volunteer team and operations into the next phase of our Strategic Plan.
36 staff and 4 current volunteers, supported and guided by a committed board of Trustees/Directors and report to our Head of Contracts and Service Development which is also a new role in the organisation. The role includes:
- Organising daily operations and staffing
- Monitoring performance and service standards
- Supporting quality assurance and accreditation
- Managing office staff and locations
- Building a learning centre (Academy) infrastructure for Advice Space
- Budget management
- Project/funder reporting
- Driving improvements to maximise impact and outcomes based on client need
