We are looking for an organised, professional, and proactive Business & Administration Executive to join our Business Services team. This is a varied and hands-on role that plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of our office environment. You will act as the central point of coordination for reception, office administration, facilities support, and workplace operations, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and well-organised workplace for staff and visitors.
No two days are the same in this role. From managing front-of-house reception and coordinating office facilities to supporting meetings, maintaining workplace systems, and assisting with employee wellbeing initiatives, you will be at the heart of keeping the organisation running efficiently.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house reception service
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and office enquiries
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of office operations
- Coordinating office facilities, supplies, and workplace services
- Managing office systems including access fobs, attendance systems, and workplace records
- Supporting meetings, room bookings, and administrative tasks
- Assisting with workplace wellbeing and employee engagement activities
- Supporting health & safety procedures including Fire Marshal and First Aider responsibilities
- Working closely with colleagues, managers, and external contractors to maintain high workplace standards
