The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to lead new business efforts out of our London office. This role is about more than outreach–it’s about presence. You’ll represent Eleanor across the UK’s advertising landscape, forging genuine relationships with agencies and brands, identifying opportunities early, and ensuring Eleanor remains top-of-mind.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with creative agencies and brand teams
- Develop a smart and strategic outreach plan aligned with Eleanor's vision and voice
- Tracking pitch opportunities and proactively connecting the right talent to the right briefs
- Representing Eleanor at key industry events, screenings, and social gatherings
- Collaborating closely with the President and Executive Producers to shape sales priorities
- Supporting press, newsletter, and PR moments with strategic distribution and follow-up
- Monitoring market activity to help shape Eleanor's positioning
