We’re looking for someone sharp and genuinely excited about film, creativity and storytelling to join Lowkey Films as a Production & Marketing Assistant.
This is a junior, multi-faceted role, designed for someone who’s eager to learn and ready to get stuck in across all corners of a fast-moving production studio. One week you might be helping prep a shoot with call sheets and travel bookings; the next building a deck for a new pitch or posting behind-the-scenes content on our Instagram.
You’ll be supporting across marketing, production, new business and creative development – helping us stay organised, visible and creatively moving in the right direction. You’ll work closely with our Head of Special Projects and have the chance to grow your skills while learning how an independent production studio really runs.
We don’t expect you to know everything already but you should bring a proactive mindset, attention to detail and a genuine passion for the industry and the kind of work we do. An interest in sustainability and culture is also a huge plus!
Experience wise this is an entry-level role but we’d love you to have around a year of relevant experience – whether in production, marketing, admin or creative industries more broadly.
