Brother Film and Brother Music are looking for a full-time Production & Department Assistant to join our growing team. They will be helping our Peckham-based production department create and deliver best-in-class work across both film and music projects.

KEY FILM PRODUCTION ROLES- Liaising with freelance crew and third party suppliers
- Producing shoot documents such as call sheets and movement orders
- Building decks such as casting or location boards
- Attending shoots to support the production team
- Assisting the reconciliation of project expenses
- Generating and processing invoices
- Managing the music schedule and calendar
- Organising and maintaining the music projects database
- Tracking time spent on projects and updating clients
- Managing and servicing in-person sessions with agencies/directors
