We are hiring a full-time Production Assistant to join Iconoclast’s UK team in London. We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to build a future in production. You’ll be highly proactive, ambitious, and confident working within a collaborative team environment. This is an entry-level role with strong potential to grow into production roles within the company.

Alongside helping manage the day-to-day running of our office, you’ll gain hands-on experience across departments, supporting our Head of Production, Executive Producers, Producers, Directors and Photographers, as well as freelance production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office & Operations
    • Help keep the office running smoothly: opening/closing, general maintenance, liaising with suppliers, ensuring the space is tidy, well-stocked and welcoming.
    • Act as a first point of contact for the team and department: incoming calls, general admin, emails, post and visitors.
    • Receive and process mail: scanning and sharing anything accounts-related with the accounts team.
    • Maintain office supplies (stationery + kitchen) and oversee basic equipment upkeep (photocopier, water filter, etc.).
    • Organise travel, couriers and deliveries, including gifts where needed.
    • Support internal office events and culture initiatives: screenings, exhibitions, parties and team gatherings.
  • Production Support (Bidding + Live Jobs)
    • Support HoP, EPs, Producers and freelance teams with production coordination across commercials and music videos during bidding and in production.
    • Provide production admin support: research, document prep, call sheets, travel/logistics and general coordination.
    • Support pre-production and shoot days as PA or Director’s Assistant, where appropriate.
    • Help with decks, casting coordination, transport and other shoot logistics.
    • Pencil crew as early as possible during pitch processes and stay up to date on crewing and agent booking processes.
  • Team Coordination & Document Management
    • Coordinate internal meetings and team check-ins (including Zooms), helping diaries run smoothly.
    • Manage onboarding admin for freelancers and ensure smooth arrivals into the team.
    • Be responsible for drive storage and maintaining the drive storage log.
    • Maintain internal production documents and trackers (e.g. casting usage sheets, password sheets) to company standards.
    • Liaise with accounts where relevant (e.g. Addison Lee / Taxi logs).
  • Company Presence
    • Liaise with Iconoclast’s global offices as needed.
    • Be an active, positive presence in the office — someone who takes initiative and brings good energy.
    • Stay up to date on APA shooting guidelines and relevant industry training (AdGreen, Covid protocols, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
  • A genuine passion for production and a clear ambition to develop into a Producer.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High standards for decks, spreadsheets and documentation.
  • Broad and up-to-date tech/digital skills (Dropbox, Google Suite, Microsoft 265, Adobe, formatting, file management, etc.).
  • Reliable, curious, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Collaborative mindset and a good sense of humour.
  • Warm personality — someone who contributes to an inclusive, forward-thinking culture.
  • Beneficial but not required: Knowledge of budgets and APA standards and terms, understanding of production schedules, on-set experience.

Start Date: March 2026

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
