Role: Production Assistant
(1 yr+ experience)
Closing: 12 th September
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of artists on VFX projects.
- Assisting the EP’s, VFX Producers, Leads & Artists to ensure the smooth running of our VFX projects.
- Manage schedules and track project progress ensuring that the internal and external deadlines are met.
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and discuss them with the Producer & Lead Artists, to allow them to problem solve and plan accordingly.
- Manage Communication with outsource partners.
- Manage and run reviews/calls and take notes for all involved.
Skills
- A solution orientated person who can maintain teams and help to keep a positive and professional environment even when approaching a deadline and delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate.
- You will have the ability to assess, evaluate and understand requirements through asking questions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate clearly and positively
- Excellent skills with MS Office (particularly excel)/google docs.
- Knowledge of the VFX Pipeline & tools desirable.
