Salary: ÂŁ26,500 + project-based commission

Start Date: February 2026

Position: Full Time, Permanent

We are hiring a full time Office Manager / Production Assistant to join CANADA’s UK team. This hybrid role is an opportunity for someone proactive, ambitious and culturally switched on who is looking to work towards a career in production, whilst overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the London office and working closely with the CANADA team.

Alongside managing our office, you’ll get hands‑on experience across our departments, from supporting CANADA executive producers, producers, directors and photographers on pitches to attending shoots and assisting with project delivery, new business and PR. You’ll also be a key part of our company’s culture: someone who’s not just keeping things organised and keeping us working smoothly, but playing a part in CANADA’s personality, reputation and identity.

As the first person many of our clients, suppliers, talent and collaborators will interact with, it is important that you are personable, confident, level‑headed, organised and proactive. Working across specific productions across music videos, commercials and stills and keeping up with the general office responsibilities, you must be able to manage your own time and stay on top of long‑ and short‑term tasks. You are someone who loves to be organised, has high standards, takes pride in their work and is hungry to learn.

We welcome applicants from any previous roles and backgrounds, although a basic understanding of and curiosity about the industry and a strong desire to work in production are required. This is an entry level role with the potential to progress and help shape a fast‑growing company; being a relatively small team, all staff work together closely. You will be trained first‑hand by our world‑class senior production team with a view to growing your role and taking on more production responsibilities in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep the office running smoothly: general maintenance, liaising with suppliers, ensuring the office is tidy and well stocked, booking travel and couriers
  • Welcome visitors, freelancers, directors and photographers to the office and be the point of contact for those visiting the UK from abroad
  • Support EPs and producers as Production Assistant: production admin, research, call sheets, project travel and logistics
  • Help co‑ordinate events and meetings
  • Assist with company communications and correspondence: represent us with clarity and professionalism across incoming calls and email enquiries, forwarding to appropriate staff member
  • Onboarding of freelancers and ensuring consistency across CANADA’s productions
  • Liaise with our Barcelona and LA offices on inter‑office needs
  • Be an active presence in the office: someone who takes initiative and brings positive energy

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for production, music videos, photography, film and music and interest in the creative industries
  • Someone proactive and detail‑oriented who takes ownership and follows through
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Broad and up‑to‑date digital and tech skills and high standards for documents
  • A collaborative mindset and a good sense of humour
  • A desire to be part of and shape a warm, inclusive and forward‑thinking company

Applications close on 16th January and applicants will be contacted about an interview before 30th January. CANADA believes in inclusive recruitment. Applicants are welcome to request any necessary reasonable adjustments to the applications and interview process.
