The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a driven and personable new business talent to join our London commercials and content team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced sales department, promoting our exceptional directors and connecting with both agencies and brands. We’re after someone who’s confident, curious and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll need to tailor your pitch for different audiences, understand our directors’ work inside and out, and speak fluently about film, music and culture. Ideally, you’ll bring at least two years’ experience in a creative, new business-focused role – and a real passion for what we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new clients, brands and agencies, as well as nurturing your existing network.
- Working closely with our New Business team to shape and implement a smart, targeted sales strategy.
- Collaborating with directors to keep up to date with their latest work and help position them for opportunities.
- Identifying leads, booking meetings and developing a strong pipeline for our Executive Producers and Senior Management.
- Keeping an eye on industry trends and standout campaigns – and knowing who we should be talking to, and why.
- Spotting fresh talent and recognising exciting creative work.
- Delivering well-prepared, engaging presentations – whether it’s a one-to-one coffee meeting or a big room pitch.
- Hitting KPIs through smart business development, networking at events, parties and screenings in the UK and occasionally abroad.
- Helping to organise screenings and events, supported by the wider team.
