Key responsibilities and experience:

  • Assisting Senior producers with day-to-day management of projects; including project set up, asset management and archive housekeeping.
  • Booking resource and leading on daily scheduling calls with the production team.
  • Expanding the department's freelance contact base.
  • Project management of your own projects (Director Cuts, mood films, usage renewals).
  • Gaining insight and training on post-production services from scheduling, budgeting, workflows and quality control.

Skills and attributes:

  • A good understanding of post-production and VFX technologies.
  • Well presented with excellent communication and time management skills – the role is increasingly client/agency facing.
  • Must be enthusiastic, a strong team player and eager to develop your skills.
  • Must be a proactive problem solver, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in post-production or a similar role.
  • Due to the nature of the job you may need to work evenings or weekends when required.
