We now have an exciting opportunity for a Music Supervisor to join our expanding music supervision team in London and play a senior role in the continued growth of our advertising business.
The Role
This is a senior, clientâfacing role combining creative leadership and commercial responsibility. You will be responsible for originating and winning work, building longâterm client relationships, and leading the creative delivery of music across advertising and brand projects â from first conversation to final mix. You will be trusted to represent DLMDD at the highest level with agencies, brands and creative partners, and to consistently deliver work that strengthens our creative reputation and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Creative & production leadership
- Lead projects from initial brief through to final delivery
- Develop creative directions with agencies and clients
- Commission composers, artists and producers from DLMDD's roster and beyond
- Oversee music research, editing, recording sessions and mix sessions
- Source, negotiate and clear commercial music where required
- Ensure all work meets DLMDD's creative and production standards
- Client relationships & commercial growth
- Build and maintain senior relationships with agencies, creatives and producers
- Generate new business opportunities across original composition, sonic branding and music licensing
- Convert relationships and creative trust into a consistent flow of briefs and revenue
- Own project scoping, budgeting and margin delivery
- Nurture longâterm client partnerships that result in repeat and ongoing work
- Act as a trusted creative and commercial partner to clients
- Profile & creative community
- Contribute to DLMDD's industry profile through industry events, PR and standout work
- Continue to build and refresh DLMDD's composer and artist roster
- Maintain strong relationships with labels, publishers, managers and artists

Who you are
- You have 4+ years of experience in music supervision, music production or a similar role
- You have an established network within advertising and/or brandâled creative industries
- You have excellent musical knowledge and proven creative judgement
- You are comfortable owning both the creative and commercial sides of projects
- You are credible in creative rooms and confident in senior client relationships
- You likely have handsâon studio experience and/or play an instrument
- You are driven, organised, and collaborative, and add positively to DLMDD's company culture
