Songtradr is the world's largest B2B music technology company, offering end-to-end music licensing, rights management, and direct-to-fan solutions. Through strategic acquisitions like MassiveMusic and Bandcamp, Songtradr empowers music creators and enables brands to connect with audiences through the power of music.

MassiveMusic, part of the Songtradr brand portfolio, is the global music and sound partner for leading brands, agencies, & platforms. By blending creativity, data-driven insights, and market-leading technology, MassiveMusic delivers scalable music strategies, innovative technology services and award-winning creative solutions, driving measurable business value and shaping the future of sound.

As a Music Producer, you'll be responsible for running music and sound productions from start to finish. Whether it's producing sound for an advertising campaign, broadcast branding package, holistic sonic branding project, or musical activation, you're the one turning whatever is on the client's whiteboard to life.

As part of our Production department, you will report directly to our UK-based Head of Creative Production. You will also maintain a dotted reporting line to the Managing Director in Dubai to ensure local alignment and benefit from their regional expertise and support. You'll work independently and as part of a team, either receiving briefs or designing the briefs yourself. You'll source the right talent (composers, sound designers, musicians and vocalists), build and manage a local roster of music professionals, and brief them to produce original music and sound design. Conversely, projects that require commercial music or talent will see you collaborate with rights holders or artist management to source commercial talent.

You have past experience in advertising/film production and/or in the music industry. You get a buzz off the industry and are keen to attend Massive events and other industry-related events and get-togethers. You're a supernova of energy, passion and enthusiasm for music and life in general. People enjoy working with you because you bring fresh ideas to the table and always have a proactive solution to any challenge. You're always one step ahead of the game: that's why your friends and frenemies look to you for inspiration. Having you around is fun, which is great because all work and no play isn't our cup of tea.

Main Job Duties

  • Overseeing bespoke music production across campaign, film, and sonic branding projects, as the main interface with our talent-side suppliers including composers, artists, musicians, sound engineers, and recording studios.
  • Relationship management of existing and new accounts, especially within advertising agencies and production companies, and using these contacts to research and generate new business opportunities.
  • Facilitating sonic branding, bespoke composition and music production with creative guidance.
  • Delivering high-quality work and always on time.
  • Controlling project finances and timelines.
  • Organizing and attending meetings with clients.
  • Delivering presentations and research materials.
  • Successfully implementing company policy.
  • Contributing to the development of the wider team.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of the cultural landscape in the MENA region, specifically relating to music – from the instruments involved to technicalities such as scales or lyrical and sung dialects.
  • Experience in bespoke music production and fulfilment for advertising or branding, or equivalent industry experience in a music production or project management role, or in film production related to music and sound.
  • Beyond the DAW, you are highly organized with administrative workflows. You ensure all project assets and databases are correctly named and filed, and you are comfortable working within a CRM to support seamless coordination with our finance and licensing departments.
  • Comfortable navigating and working within a DAW (preferably Logic and/or Ableton).
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • You're a dab hand at translating creative ideas into musical terms.
  • You're fluent in Arabic, both speaking and reading.

Our Three Core Values

  • Lead with Music – It's our compass and our passion. We champion creativity by putting artists, brands and fans first, balancing artistic integrity with bold commercial ambition.
  • Perform as One Band – United by purpose and trust. We aim high, knowing that collaboration, community, and doing it for the right reasons drives success for everyone.
  • Own Your Voice – We listen deeply and speak honestly. We value time, welcome diverse perspectives, and keep the rhythm of open, transparent communication alive.

Full time. What do you get in return? Inspiration, knowledge, career development, on top of our financial package. You'll also be working with an international bunch of remarkable musically-infused individuals.
