The Presence Team
At Presence, we don’t just "create content"— we craft film-level output for the world’s most iconic brands. From high-octane global campaigns for Nike and Adidas to cinematic storytelling for Netflix and Google, our work is defined by bold visual language and technical excellence.
We are looking for a Line Producer / Production Manager—a powerhouse of organisation who thrives on the precision of a successful shoot and the satisfaction of a seamless delivery. We need a collaborator who is as comfortable in putting together a high-level creative treatment as they are in completing a complex wrap summary.
The Role: From Initial Brief to Final TX
This isn’t a role where you simply "administer" a project. You are the engine of our productions:
- Architect of the Pitch: You’ll partner directly with our Directors—sourcing top-tier treatment designers and drafting the bid letters that win the work. You are the bridge between creative vision and commercial reality, negotiating with partners to ensure a "win" is both ambitious and achievable.
- Logistical Mastery: Once a project is greenlit, you own the blueprint. You’ll hand-pick elite HODs and build the schedules that keep sets running like clockwork. From risk assessments and insurance to kit deals and unit bases, you ensure our crew has the perfect environment to deliver world-class results.
- The Craft of the Finish: Your impact doesn’t end when the cameras wrap. You lead the project through the edit suite—managing turnaround times with editors, animators, colourists, and sound designers. You are the client’s primary point of contact during post-production, ensuring every version is QC’d to perfection and ready for broadcast.
- Financial Stewardship: You close the loop on every job, managing crew invoices, coding costs, and completing "Actuals" to ensure our P&L is as sharp as our visuals.
Leadership & Mentorship
At Presence, we believe that "work makes work," and we are deeply committed to the next generation through our Young Presence community. You play a vital role in our studio culture. You will mentor our office juniors, identifying their strengths, sharpening their skills, and helping them find their feet in the industry. Your legacy isn’t just the films you make, but the talent you help develop.
Who You Are
- A Fixer’s Mindset: You see a logistical hurdle and immediately find three ways over it. You are unflappable under pressure.
- Commercially Astute: You know how to build a budget that protects the creative while securing a healthy margin.
- A Creative Partner: You speak a Director’s language and know how to help them translate a bespoke treatment into a reality.
- Technically Fluent: You’re comfortable managing everything from final kit lists to online post-house deliveries and broadcast specs.
- A Leader: You enjoy sharing your knowledge and raising the bar for the entire production team.
