Iconoclast UK in London is seeking a Creative Assistant to join our production team in Brick Lane. The ideal candidate comes from a design background – whether entry-level, recently graduated, or with freelance experience as a director's assistant or treatment designer – and is highly proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Keynote and Canva.
This role involves driving the treatment process from pitch to delivery, including script management, coordinating with directors, EPs, and freelancers, conducting image research, script writing, and design/layout work. Additional responsibilities include supporting directors with creative research, creating director showreels and assisting with general office duties and events.
The successful candidate will be organised, culturally aware, visually astute, and eager to grow within a busy production company.
