ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a coordinator to join our front of house team. The role involves providing administrative support to Stink Films and Stink Studios, managing the daily operations of the office, and delivering high levels of customer service to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, IT proficiency, and experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front of House
- Manage reception, phones, and office duties
- Meet and greet clients and respond to queries
- Coordinate mail pickup and couriers
- Manage meeting room allocations
- Handle petty cash float
- Oversee daily office activities (restocking supplies, tidiness, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with service providers and communicate opening hours
- Create showreels for directors and clients
- Assist with creative research and pitch presentations
- Log and update scripts in the database (Copper CRM)
- Coordinate weekly production call content
- Arrange travel and itineraries for staff and crew
- Organize freelance staff and resources
- Source props and equipment
- Find shoot locations
- Liaise with casting agencies for extras
- Book rehearsal spaces
- Manage post-production assets and expenses
- Assist on shoot days as needed
- Submit entries for awards (Cannes Lions, D&AD, UKMVA, etc.) ensuring compliance with technical specs
- Curate content for weekly newsletter and update website
- Manage social media content and engagement
- Organize online tutorials for Wiredrive/Copper
- Create and manage email groups
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the media industry
- Proven customer service and office management skills
- Experience managing petty cash
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent IT skills and system knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
