Role Description

As a Creative Producer, you’ll be wearing many hats: from managing the production/post production process from end to end, liaising with existing directors and discovering new talent, creating compelling pitch decks, presenting them to clients, and leveraging both existing and new contacts to win work.

You’ll work closely with the founder to take Fight Gravity to the next level – both from a creative point of view and a business perspective. We’re hungry to enter new markets and do ever-more creative work. You’ll be a lynchpin of the team — working with other members of the team in both a managerial and mentoring capacity.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who loves the idea of going toe-to-toe with industry production goliaths – and who thrives under the pressure of doing so. You’ll be super comfortable jumping between production, client outreach, new business and team dynamics – often in the same day! You have a proven track record of bringing in new business and have a passion for networking and attending industry events.
