About the Role
Fully managing the day to day running of the Accounts Payable Ledger + ad hoc tasks as required by management.
Reports to: Finance Manager
Location: London β Hybrid working (Mon, Weds, Thurs in office)
Key Relationships: Global FD, Finance Team, Stink Films and Stink Studios Production Teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily invoice management, i.e ensuring approval criteria has been met and processing of invoices on Sage
- Weekly NI deductions, submission to payroll provider and issuing of P45s to freelance crew where applicable
- Preparing weekly payment runs and bank position
- Processing personal expenses
- Making accurate bank payments and cash postings on Sage
- Regularly reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any queries
- Regular petty cash/ float reconciliation and management
- Monthly intercompany recharges and reconciliations
- Monthly Spec cost analysis
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with annual Audit
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by management
- AR annual leave cover when required
About you
You will bring a minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in a similar accounts payable role, supported by a finance degree or be actively studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA). Experience working within the Film Production Industry would be a strong advantage.
You have excellent attention to detail and consistently work with a high level of accuracy. You are comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering work on time.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You enjoy working as part of a small but busy team and are keen to contribute positively to its success.
