Are you a detail-driven logistics professional with a passion for international trade and export compliance? We’re looking for a Logistics & Export Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in coordinating and managing our global shipments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating order confirmations and commercial documentation for both domestic and international shipments
- Preparing Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation and ensuring correct labelling in line with regulations
- Managing relationships with freight partners for import and export operations
- Coordinating with the Chamber of Commerce to produce accurate export documentation
- Completing end-user checks for relevant shipments
- Producing shipment documentation and commercial invoices
- Handling Letters of Credit and Cash Against Documents (CAD) payments when required
- Liaising with our German operations team for import and dropship requirements
- Accurately maintaining shipment records in the company CRM
- Supporting wider logistics and transport tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in logistics, exports, and international shipping
- Strong understanding of commercial documentation and customs compliance
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (training provided if required)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
