Are you a detail-driven logistics professional with a passion for international trade and export compliance? We’re looking for a Logistics & Export Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in coordinating and managing our global shipments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating order confirmations and commercial documentation for both domestic and international shipments
  • Preparing Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation and ensuring correct labelling in line with regulations
  • Managing relationships with freight partners for import and export operations
  • Coordinating with the Chamber of Commerce to produce accurate export documentation
  • Completing end-user checks for relevant shipments
  • Producing shipment documentation and commercial invoices
  • Handling Letters of Credit and Cash Against Documents (CAD) payments when required
  • Liaising with our German operations team for import and dropship requirements
  • Accurately maintaining shipment records in the company CRM
  • Supporting wider logistics and transport tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in logistics, exports, and international shipping
  • Strong understanding of commercial documentation and customs compliance
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (training provided if required)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
