Driver/Installer

We are looking for a Driver/Installer to join a dedicated team responsible for delivering and installing essential mobility and disability equipment to individuals in their homes and healthcare settings. This role plays a crucial part in supporting those with disabilities by ensuring they receive the necessary equipment to live safely and independently. As a Driver/Installer, you will be handling a variety of specialist equipment, including hoists, profiling beds, shower chairs, and mobility aids, ensuring that all deliveries and installations meet safety and operational standards. You will work closely with a clinical team who assess client needs before orders are processed. Some deliveries will require teamwork, particularly when handling larger equipment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver, collect, and install specialist mobility equipment (e.g., beds, hoists, shower chairs). * Transport and store equipment safely between warehouses and various locations. * Ensure compliance with manual handling and health & safety procedures. * Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. * Work as part of a two-person team when handling heavier items. What We’re Looking For: * Full, valid UK category B driving licence (up to 3.5 tonnes). * Multi-drop delivery experience and ability to operate delivery vans. * Good understanding of safe working and manual handling practices. * Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
