We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven, and proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver full-lifecycle recruitment across all business units in our fast-scaling B2B Saa S organisation.

Operating at a senior level, you will act as a true, embedded partner to hiring teams across Engineering & Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Units, working within a lean, 2 person TA team to support our global footprint of ~250 headcount across the UK, Austria, and the US.

In this role, you will do much more than just fill open vacancies.

You will serve as an indispensable business partner, aligning hiring directly with our business growth targets and location strategy, delivering critical talent market insights, building standardised competency-based interview processes, upskilling hiring managers, and leveraging AI tools and recruiting analytics to drive operational excellence.

This is a hybrid role Hybrid role - 3 Days onsite in London office. Salary Range - £55,000 - £65,000 +Bonus.

  • Some of the things you will work on:-
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders across all functions, translating business objectives and headcount plans into actionable, location-aligned hiring strategies across the UK, Austria, and the US.
  • Deliver regular monthly and quarterly TA insights to the Head of HR and senior business leaders, tracking talent velocity, pipeline health, bottleneck analyses, and progress against global hiring plans.
  • Design, facilitate, and deliver interactive interview training sessions for hiring managers and interview panels to elevate assessment capabilities across all departments.
  • Lead structured role calibration intake sessions with hiring managers to establish career leveling, define role specs, and align on hiring process
  • Build deep, proactive pipelines through targeted multi-channel sourcing (Linked In Recruiter) whilst managing inbound applications and referrals
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and oversee seamless end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate feedback collection workflows.
  • Own the offer workflow end-to-end, including compensation negotiation, contract generation, global alignment, approval routing, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth, engaging transition from offer acceptance through early candidate onboarding and orientation across all three key regions.
  • Required Skills / Experience
  • Proven track record acting as a trusted TA Business Partner ideally in a B2B Saa S environment, managing roles across both technical (Eng/Product) and commercial/operational functions.
  • Demonstrable experience streamlining, automating, and optimising recruitment workflows with measurable business impact
  • Experience navigating multi-region hiring and supporting location strategies across international markets (specifically UK, US, or Europe/Austria).
  • Hands‑on experience owning the end-to-end recruiting workflow, from initial intake calibration to contract delivery and onboarding support.
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills with a proven ability to advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership using market data.
  • Experience standardising competency-based interview frameworks and training hiring managers on modern evaluation techniques.
  • Deep comfort with talent metrics, funnel analytics, and a proactive approach to adopting AI automation and modern recruiting technology.
