We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven (Senior) Account Director to lead our most important global client portfolio: the Big 5 agency holding companies. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming Account Management from a reactive model to a proactive, value-driven partnership approach.

Some of the things you'll work on:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, driving a shift toward proactive, strategic account management.
  • Own retention, renewals, forecasting, and expansion across a complex holdco portfolio.
  • Drive structured account planning and value realization frameworks tailored to global agency networks.
  • Identify growth opportunities across operating companies and support your team in exceeding upsell targets.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within major agency groups, acting as a senior sponsor for key accounts.
  • Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and provide clear mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Services to deliver long‐term customer value.
