Support Worker
Location: Multiple locations across England, UK
Experience: Relevant care/support work experience preferred
Qualification: Health and Social Care qualification preferred
Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE
Salary: As per industry standards
Shift: Approximately 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support based on individual needs.
- Assist with daily living and personal care activities.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Encourage social activities and community participation.
- Monitor and report changes in individuals’ wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow safety policies.
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training.
- Previous care or support work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care is an advantage
