You will be responsible for researching and booking vacation arrangements for clients (individuals, businesses or organizations). The goal of the Remote Travel Consultant is to enhance satisfaction and provide a unique vacation experience for your clients.

- Effectively communicate with clients to determine their specific needs.
- Research various destinations and means of vacation options regarding prices, customs, reviews etc.
Responsibilities
- Consult with potential clients to assess specific needs to include client preferences and budget.
- Research, create, and book vacation itineraries.
- Effectively communicate with clients pre and post vacation to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle client issues that arise before, during, and after they travel.
- Solve unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Attend ongoing trainings to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and other key persons within the industry.
