As Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during your shifts, supporting and developing the team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly. From delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards to driving sales and promoting our flagship venue within the local community, no two days will be the same. Previous venue, leisure or hospitality management experience. Confidence in managing day-to-day operations, health & safety and team performance.
