General Manager - Guildford Adventure Leisure is all about bringing people together through fun, and we are looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our Guildford venue at the heart of that experience.
This is a role for someone who thrives on creating energy, building strong teams, and delivering moments that guests remember long after they leave.
You will take ownership of the venue's overall performance, shaping a welcoming and inclusive environment where both guests and team members feel valued, supported, and inspired.
From leading and developing your team to driving commercial success across activities, food, and drink, you will play a key role in balancing exceptional service with strong financial results.
You will be visible, hands-on, and naturally people-focused, using insight and feedback to continuously evolve the experience while keeping standards high and operations running seamlessly.
Working closely with your Regional Manager and wider teams, you will also help grow the venue's presence in the local community through creative sales and marketing activity.
