Location: Hybrid (UK & Ireland travel required)

Who you are:

We are seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven Private Product Designer & Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid role blends high-end travel design with client-facing sales, requiring a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland, alongside the ability to craft and sell unforgettable, tailor-made experiences.

You will be responsible for designing bespoke itineraries, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through personalised service and expert destination knowledge.

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK and Ireland, including hidden gems and luxury experiences
  • Proven experience in bespoke travel design, luxury sales, or a similar role
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to bring itineraries to life
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Solid financial acumen, including pricing strategy and margin management
  • A well-established network of industry contacts is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-end, bespoke travel itineraries across the UK and Ireland
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Convert enquiries into sales through compelling storytelling and tailored proposals
  • Develop unique, experience-led products that reflect the Adventure by AE brand
  • Leverage an existing network ('little black book') of trusted suppliers, guides, and contacts
  • Manage pricing, margins, and budgets to ensure commercial success
  • Stay up to date with emerging travel trends and new experiences across the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine and elevate the product offering
