- Applicant Requirements
- Qualifications of GCE ‘O’/’A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma, or higher. Candidates with relevant experience but without formal academic qualifications are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in common office productivity software and digital tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and PDF applications.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient support to lawyers in our credit team.
- Prepare and draft correspondences and documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and utilize relevant legal and administrative systems to support casework and client service.
- Maintain proper filing systems, document management, and case records.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth team workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from clients, colleagues, and external parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and team leaders as required.
We provide structured training and mentorship to all new staff.
Even if you do not have prior relevant experience, you will receive the necessary guidance and support to develop the skills required for the role.
What matters most is your willingness to learn and be trained.
We operate a 5‑day work week.
