You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to remove the stigma around debt and guiding people towards practical solutions. With most of our 250 colleagues working in Collections, this is the heart of our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Rotating shifts for work-life balance:
  • Week A: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30
  • Week B: Mon-Fri, 10:30-19:00
  • One Saturday in four: 09:00-13:00
  • Up to 35 days holiday (including bank holidays)
