At Advantis, great client service is delivered through operational grip. As a Client Delivery Manager, you’ll make sure our client contracts are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed contractual requirements. This role sits right at the connection point between Client Services and Operations – ensuring client expectations are understood, performance is monitored, and improvement actions are driven through when needed.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee operational delivery for assigned contracts, keeping delivery aligned to SLA/KPIs and contractual requirements
- Act as the operational link between Client Services and Operations, translating requirements into day-to-day delivery
- Monitor performance, identify trends/risks and coordinate improvement actions
- Work with Operations Managers on resource planning to meet service delivery targets
- Review MI and performance reporting to provide insight and recommend practical improvements
- Support client reporting and governance meetings with strong operational performance information
- Support contract implementations, operational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain audit readiness and work closely with Compliance, Information Security and Data Protection teams
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of operational service delivery (contact centre, collections or outsourced services)
- Experience managing performance against SLA/KPIs and service targets
- Confident using MI/data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities
- Strong organisation and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator who can work effectively across operational and client-facing teams
- Comfortable in regulated environments and understands the importance of governance and compliance
