We specialise in commercial strategy consulting, property valuation modelling and rights brokerage. We work with both rights holders and brands, across global sport and entertainment and within wider business verticals. Current projects include strategy consulting & rights brokerage projects with a variety of tier-1 global sports properties and brands. Advantage is set up to provide honest, personal and data-led advice to our clients. Our backgrounds including Formula 1, Premier League football, professional golf and blue-chip management consulting. We are seeking a Partnership Development Manager to support Advantage and its clients in the sourcing and negotiation of high value marketing partnerships. Research and identify potential commercial partners across a wide range of industries, business types and geographies. Ensure timely reporting, upkeep and management of CRM systems. 3-4 years’ experience in a business development or sales related field. ~ A natural self-starter with the ability to work autonomously across the business development process. ~ Knowledge of partnership building and understanding the value of marketing solutions. ~ An ability to manage, assess and translate data as part of the partnership development process. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ~ Compensation & Benefits: Hybrid role Bonuses and commission linked to individual & company performance.
