Houstone School is seeking a Learning Mentor – Pastoral and Behaviour Specialist to provide targeted support for pupils with Social, Emotional or Mental Health needs. You will work one-to-one or in small groups, helping pupils stay on track and participate in lessons.
The role emphasises safeguarding, consistent behaviour systems, and collaboration with staff to maintain high standards of pupil welfare. The post is permanent, full-time, term-time plus INSET days, with a 37-hour week.
