Certain Advantage is hiring for a Press Brake Setter/Operator based in the St Helens area. This role is temporary-to-permanent and is site-based.

We’re working with a global aerospace and automotive client who manufactures shielded chambers and bespoke products for various industrial applications.
The Role
This role is for a Press Brake Setter/Operator —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team and be responsible for:
- Processing materials and components required for the future assembly of customer orders
- Setting and operating Amada machines.
The Individual
We’re looking for people who can:
- Operate specialist machinery (e.g. press brake, CNC) in line with training and competency.
- Check that materials issued for each job match the production and works order(s); select and use appropriate tooling for material type and thickness.
