Certain Advantage is seeking a permanent Project Manager to deliver the design, manufacture, installation, and site acceptance testing of shielded anechoic chambers for EMC and antenna measurement.
Role Overview
You will manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing construction and installation activities while coordinating with global engineering, production, and logistics teams. The role requires strong customer engagement, budget and risk control, and periodic travel across the UK, Europe, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects (£10k–£1M) from planning through delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Act as the primary customer interface, managing contracts, changes, and expectations
- Monitor cost, schedule, risks, and performance metrics
- Oversee construction, installation, and testing of specialised facilities
- Coordinate cross-functional and global teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and reporting requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Background in project, program, or construction management
- Engineering or construction‐related qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong planning, risk management, and budget control skills
- Experience managing specialised or controlled environment builds preferred
