An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Manual Test Analyst to support the delivery of manufacturing and business systems within a large, complex engineering environment. You will join a site-based testing team responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) for systems impacting manufacturing execution, quality and reporting. The role sits at the heart of business change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are fully tested, compliant and ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate UAT and PAT activities across manufacturing systems
- Create and execute manual test scenarios and scripts
- Facilitate governance readiness sessions prior to test phase entry
- Capture test evidence and results using test management tools
- Log, manage and track defects through to resolution
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders throughout testing phases
- Contribute to, or produce, Test Completion Reports
Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience in a Test Analyst / Manual Testing role
- Strong background in UAT testing within structured delivery environments
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including non-technical users
- Comfortable working within Waterfall or Agile methodologies
Desirable Experience
- Manufacturing or engineering environment exposure
- Knowledge of manufacturing or shop-floor related systems
- Experience with HP ALM and/or Jira
Key Skills
