Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line and escalated ER advice to managers on complex and sensitive issues

- Reviewing, maintaining and updating HR policies and employee documentation to ensure legal compliance and best practice
- Analysing ER data to identify trends, mitigate risk and improve processes
- Promoting efficient, consistent and people-centred ER practices across the organisation

- Proven experience in an ER or HR role handling complex casework
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law (including Equality Act and Employment Rights Act), with exposure to Northern Ireland or ROI legislation being advantageous
- Confidence influencing and advising managers at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience background
- 2+ years’ ER specialist experience in a fast-paced sector OR 4+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role
