We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner based in Daventry. This is a full-time (37.5 hrs/week), hybrid role (3 days onsite) for an initial 9-month assignment.
The Supply Chain Planner will support the Global Planning & Logistics function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute key site-level activities and drive escalations. The role also plays a central part in planning activities dependent on site teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage material planning interface with UK Logistics Center operations.
- Oversee aftermarket kitting, production scheduling, and supplier/customer returns in the EMEA region.
- Coordinate Advanced Shipping Notifications and inbound operations to ensure timely receipt of products.
- Support internal escalations with operations and transportation teams.
- Coordinate site activities, including Hazmat handling and receiving prioritization.
- Contribute to inventory optimization and planning system strategy.
- Monitor KPIs, identify supply chain risks, and drive improvements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
The individual should have effective communication and customer focus, be results-driven, globally minded, and able to manage complexity. They should optimise processes and leverage planning systems for materials management, and be skilled in Part Change Control, PFEP, Master Supply Scheduling, material planning, and KPI management. Values diverse perspectives and promotes continuous improvement.
