We're looking for a Paid Media Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make an impact. You must have experience working in an agency environment, with a minimum of 2+ years experience. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with ecommerce, consumer and B2B brands using data-driven paid media solutions that align with evolving privacy standards. This role is available fully remote or hybrid. We have offices in Bristol if you're local and wish to use them. If you're further afield, we can offer a budget for membership at a co-working space near your location, if requested.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Leverage our attribution suite of tools to provide clear, actionable insights into campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, adjust strategies, and communicate results.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.

Must haves

  • 2+ years working specifically in an agency paid media management role
  • Great knowledge of Google Ads
