About Us
We're a paid media agency for ecommerce and consumer brands: we connect ad data to real revenue, cut the waste, and scale what works. Most agencies either aren't using proper attribution solutions, or aren't using them well enough to matter. We've built our entire approach around getting attribution right. When you know what's actually driving profit, you can make decisions your clients trust. That trust is what makes them comfortable scaling. And when they scale, everyone wins.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of six ecommerce and consumer brand clients. You'll manage strategy, execution, and client relationships directly, with real autonomy and direct access to the founding team. You'll help shape how the agency works, without the bureaucracy that comes with larger teams. We're professional, but not corporate. Progression is merit-based. No 12-month review cycle. If you're ready for Account Director, we'll have that conversation.
What You'll Do
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms across a portfolio of ~six clients.
- Use our attribution toolset to give clients honest, actionable insight, not just a dashboard full of numbers.
- Run client relationships: calls, strategy reviews, results communication.
- Work within AI-integrated frameworks we're building to reduce the admin, so more of your time goes on strategy.
- Report directly to our Director of Paid Media (co-founder) and contribute to how the agency grows.
- Line manage junior team members as the team expands.
Must Haves
- 4+ years in a paid media management role, agency-side.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience owning client relationships directly.
- A genuine love for paid media. Ecommerce or consumer brand experience.
Nice to Haves
- TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience.
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel.io.
What You Get
- Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
- Retention-based bonus.
- Remote working across the UK, or hybrid in Bristol if you want the office (2 days, never mandatory).
- Work abroad up to 4 weeks a year.
- 26 days annual leave.
- Flexible working, with core hours 10am to 3pm.
- Merit-based progression. Paid Media Account Director is the next step for the right person.
- Your choice of MacBook or Windows laptop.
- Work remotely abroad up to 4 weeks per year.
